Apartment Rental Management
From long-term lets to short-term vacation rentals: your apartments set up to earn more, then actively managed by a revenue manager.
What We Manage
From Long-Term Lets to Vacation Rentals
For owners of one apartment or many, in one building or across town. In the markets where we already manage properties, your strategy starts from real demand data, not guesses.
Market Analysis & Positioning
Where your apartments stand against comparable rentals, by season and length of stay, and what that means for your prices and rents.
The Right Rental Mix
Long-term, mid-term or vacation rental? We work out what earns most for each unit and season, and adjust as the market changes.
Live Dynamic Pricing
Short-stay prices update several times a day for every date still on sale, supervised and steered by your revenue manager.
Long-Term Rents and Terms
Market-based rents, lease lengths that fit your season plan, and yearly rent reviews, so long-term units stay let at the right rent.
Distribution & Listings
Booking.com, Airbnb, rental platforms and your own website, with listings optimised to convert, all connected so nothing double-books.
Rate Plans & Policies
Flexible and non-refundable rates, weekly and monthly stays, cancellation terms, fees and taxes, set to match your demand.
Channels and Systems

How It Works
Set Up Right, Then Actively Managed
Not a one-off project: after the setup, your revenue manager keeps working on every unit, and you follow the results in reports tailored to you.
01
Review
We look at your units, listings, channels, prices, rents and last year’s results, and compare them with the market.
02
Direction
Together we agree the rental mix and the targets for each season, for example volume in the quiet months and rate at peak.
03
Setup
We build your distribution, listings, rate plans and price structure on every channel.
04
Active Management
Your revenue manager steers prices, availability and rents towards the targets, and reports on the results.
Is It a Fit?
Who It Is For
Right for You If
- You rent out one apartment or many, in one building or across town
- You rent short term, long term or both, and want to know which earns more
- Your prices or rents rarely change, or follow a feeling more than the market
- Most bookings come from one channel, or you update channels by hand
Good to Know
- Opening new apartments? We set them up before the first guest, so they earn from day one.
- Running a hotel or guesthouse? See Revenue & Pricing Management.
- We look after the revenue side: pricing, channels, listings and the rental mix.
- Cleaning, check-ins and maintenance stay with you, but we can help optimise them too: a property visit or on-site work, as a time-limited project.
FAQ
Questions We Often Hear
Do you work with single apartments?
Yes. For a single apartment, we set up the commercial structure and help you rent it out, long term or as a vacation rental. With several units, a revenue manager also manages them actively, because in a small portfolio every unit counts.
Do you manage my prices after the setup?
Yes. Short-stay prices update several times a day for every date still on sale, and your revenue manager supervises them and steers them towards the targets we agree with you. Long-term rents are checked against the market at every new let and at least once a year.
Which platforms and systems do you work with?
Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, rental platforms for longer stays and your own website, connected through a channel manager. If you already use a system such as Bentral, Cloudbeds, Host, LodgeGate, Little Hotelier or SiteMinder, we work in it.
Short term or long term: which earns more?
It depends on the location, the unit and the season. We compare both with real market data, and often the answer is a mix: vacation stays in the high season, longer stays in the quiet months.
How fast will I see results?
Once your systems are connected, active management starts within a week. Short-stay pricing and listings improve straight away, and revenue changes usually show within the first month. Long-term units follow at the next let or rent review.
